"48 Hour Film Project" is Worlds' most prominent time-based filmmaking competition.

With first edition held in Washington, D.C. in 2001, by 2007 it spread to more than 60 cities on all continents. On final competition in 2008, Europe will be represented by city winners from Paris, Berlin, Rome, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Ghent and Novi Sad. This year main prize is USD 7,500.

Weekend during which filmmakers from Serbia will have opportunity to compete for getting into final will most probably be in April 2008, with exact date to be announced soon.
